Enjoy fantastic Indian food and contribute to a great cause! Visit the House of Naan for dinner the week of July 14th to 20th; 25% of the proceeds for that week will go to Common Ground’s mobile market, which brings fresh produce to low-income senior housing complexes. House of Naan, 65 Howe Street, New Haven.

Cocktail for a Cause starts off the week of Sunday, July 14th. Enjoy a sample of a new organic cocktail specially crafted by the House of Naan bartenders. All proceeds from the week will go to the Mobile Market Project at Common Ground’s Urban Farm. The Market brings farm fresh food to New Haven seniors at places like Wilmot Crossing or at the Hill Health Center, from July – September. The Market also employs Common Ground High School students.

“Fresh food fuels people’s health, and time to connect with people fuels the soul” said Deborah Greig, Common Ground’s Farmer. “The House of Naan and its customers are going to spark so many intergenerational conversations over music, about cooking, and about eating good food.”
