Our 8-month training program begins with interactive classes in Culinary ESL and Culinary arts, followed by job readiness training. Participants are paid and fully integrated as part of a collaborative team preparing food for sale with the support and guidance of a culinary director and the larger Sanctuary Kitchen team.
