Geronimo Tequila Bar and Southwest Grill has launched its new Summer Food and Cocktail menu at both the New Haven and Fairfield locations!

New cocktails include ($12-$13 by the glass/$48-$52 by the pitcher):

  • Pink Bison (Bison Grass vodka, pink peppercorn, pomegranate liqueur, agave, lemon)
  • Kel’s Orange Soda (Espolon blanco, orange liquer, Aperol, lemon, Carpano antica, splash of soda)
  • Royal Hawaiian (Empress gin, coconut tincture, Xocolatl bitters, lemon, pineapple, vanilla syrup)
  • Margaritas by the glass or pitcher including Cucumber-Strawberry, The Lolo, Karmaberry, Spicy with choice of blood orange, passionfruit, pomegranate, raspberry or strawberry

Of special note:  The “Fistful of Dollars” Margarita features Herradura Seleccion Suprema, Ultra Anejo, Grand Marnier 100 Year, Lime, Agave.  This special cocktail is $75/glass and $300/pitcher.

The restaurant is also featuring Agave Flights ($20-$24), including:

  • Geronimo (Don Julio 1942, Clase Azul Reposado, Casamigos Anejo)
  • Rock N Roll (Cabo Wabo Blanco, Casa Noble Reposado, Hotel California Anejo)
  • Fire Pit (Ilegal Joven, Xicaru Reposado, Scorpion Anejo)

New dishes include (Mains range $15-$32; Tacos $13-$16; Sandwiches and Burritos $12-$16):

  • La Sandia (watermelon, cucumber, red onion, queso fresco, mint, lime agave vinaigrette)
  • Lobster Infladita (chilled poached lobster, fresh masa puffed tortilla, avocado, purple onion, jalapeno) – $14
  • Mushroom Burrito (grilled Portobello and wild mushrooms, black beans, cilantro-poblano rice, goat cheese and caramelized onions, topped with tomatillo-pepita sauce, Mexican crema, toasted pepitas)
  • Three Sisters Tacos (roasted squash, black beans, corn, calabacita, mushrooms, caramelized onions, tomatillo morita, cojita, Mexican crema)

Brunch options – available Saturday and Sunday 11:30am-3:00pm (prices ranging $13-$17):

  • Torrejas (our version of French Toast served with passion fruit flavored piloncillo syrup, mixed berries and fresh whipped cream)
  • Chilaquiles Divorciados (corn tortilla chips, chicken tinga smothered with chimayo and green chile sauce, topped with eggs over easy, queso fresco and Mexican crema)
  • Crabmeat Chipotle Benedicto (poached eggs, crab cake, apache bread, chipotle-smoked tomato sauce)

In addition, the Fairfield location has launched a new Happy Hour menu and Reverse Happy Hour menu, available in the restaurant’s Bar area, Monday through Saturday from 4-7pm and again from 9pm-close (this late-night Happy Hour is a summer only special).  Menu options include:
