Thank You to Everyone Who Came to College Night
The sidewalks of the Broadway District were flooded with more than 1,600 students on Thursday, September 29th as they shopped, dined, and enjoyed a night out in downtown New Haven! The evening also included games, giveaways, a photo booth (see our Facebook page for photos), DJ, raffle, magician, face painter, and more!

5th Annual Chalk Art Festival is BACK
Come watch more than 75 talented artists transform the sidewalks of downtown New Haven during the 5th Annual New Haven Chalk Art Festival on Saturday, October 22nd from 12-4pm (rain date: Sunday, October 23rd)! Poster art by @zachchernak.
Enjoy a magician, face painting, live music from local musicians, a raffle, lunch specials at Bulldog Hotdogs, and more; bring the kids to the Family Fun Zone where they can draw with free chalk and get free drawing lessons from artist Kristy Lankford; and vote on your favorite artist and be entered to win $50 gift cards to Harvest, Villa Lulu, Pacifico & South Bay!
Admission is FREE and open to the public. FREE parking is available at the 150 York Street Garage, with validated ticket at the event.
All professional and amateur artists and artist groups are invited to compete. Top winners will receive the following:
🥇 1st Place: $1,000 to Hull’s Art Supply
🥈 2nd Place: $500 to L.L.Bean
🥉 3rd Place: $250 to Urban Outfitters
